Audit Request

Please use the following form to submit a request for an audit on official competition results.

In order to be considered, an audit request must be received by CPAC within one week of the date that scoresheets are distributed to competitors. Please refer to Section 2 of the Judging Procedures document on the Rules and Regulations page for more information.
