Kris Mac
Kris Mac
Kris is the owner of Elevation, London’s newest aerial arts studio (open as of January 2023!). She is a longtime fitness enthusiast, who began her journey in Toronto as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor in 2005. There she was introduced to pole fitness, and has since been very active in this community, performing and judging at many events. Aerial, however, is where Kris feels she has truly found her niche as both an instructor and performer. Today she is a multi-apparatus athlete, specializing in aerial silks. She loves the spirit of the pole and aerial community, and is grateful for the creative outlet it has provided in her life.
Her other great joy is her dog Cash, who regularly attends her classes at Elevation, and can usually be found greeting clients, or napping on the silks!
