Danielle Reed

Her dream has always been to open and run a pole studio which has now come true. Danielle opened YQR Pole Academy in May of 2023. She loves to share her knowledge, and help students reach their goals in pole dancing. Danielle is a Registered Massage Therapist and enjoys working with athletes, helping them recover from injuries and sore muscles. Her hobbies include snowboarding, paddle boarding, riding a motorcycle, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Levi.

Jessica Thompson
Jessica Lyn (a.k.a. Miss J) is the founder of AVA Fitness Pole Dance & Aerial Studios and Whistler Pole Retreats located in Greater Vancouver. Miss J started her pole journey dancing in strip clubs back in 2001 in Toronto. She moved to Paris, France later that year to study Hair Styling until 2003 and then ended up in London England where she lived and worked for 7 years. She worked as a stripper & feature performer dazzling crowds across Europe and upon moving back to Canada in 2010, she decided to open up a Pole Studio.
Since then, she has taught over 7,000 students around the world and has also coached hundreds of students over the years who have gone on to win first, second and third place medals in Pole Dance Competitions. She has also judged and hosted pole dancing competitions, has put on over 50 showcases, and won a silver medal in the September 2022 PSO VIRGO Pole Competition (Entertainment Level 3). Miss J’s latest accomplishments are being the lead dance choreographer for Lifetime’s Feature Film “Let’s Get Physical” (2022) featuring Jenna Dewan (Step Up, The Rookie) and Jennifer Irwin (Schitt’s Creek, The Goldbergs, Superstore) as well as the Dance Double for Jennifer Irwin. Miss J has fully submersed herself into the Pole Industry as a leader, activist and avid promoter of pole dancing as an art and sport.

Oksana Karamelina (Popyk) is the driving force behind CARAMEL POLE DANCE STUDIO. With titles such as the 2011 Champion of Ukraine in Pole Dance and a Bronze Medalist at MISS POLE DANCE UKRAINE, Oksana's achievements speak volumes. Her impact extends beyond winning titles; she also served as a judge at the Ukrainian Pole Sport Championship 2015 (IPSF). With an unwavering commitment to excellence, Oksana is not only a leader but a trailblazer in the Ukrainian pole dance arena.
Tina Stone
Tina Stone
With over 30 years combined experience in competitive gymnastics, dance and pole fitness, Tina has been instructing and competitively coaching in all disciplines of pole, silks and lyra for over 12 years. She has certified, judged and volunteered with CPFA, PSO, IPSF and POSA at regional and national events annually upon their establishment in Canada, with the goal to keep current and comprehensive knowledge of the pole and aerial competition circuits.
As director of Canadian Pole and Aerial Sports Inc. and newly appointed organizer of the CPAC, Tina is thrilled to be provided opportunity to continue the longstanding history of the Canadian Pole and Aerial Championship. She is committed to promoting an unbiased, inclusive, high-quality competition experience to athletes across Canada.
Proud owner of 3Sixty Dance & Fitness in Ottawa, ON, Tina’s passion lies in nurturing a safe, inclusive, creative space for students to achieve their goals and develop as artists and athletes. Seeing the progression from first steps on stage, to accomplished artists and successful champions is a joy to be part of – and she can’t wait to further your journey!
