A few extra details regarding our 2025 Virtual Competition.
Don't forget to read the Rules and Regulations for more specific information.
Why is there a Virtual Competition when in-person regionals are back?
The aim of the CPAC is to offer accessible formats to competitors Canada-wide. Virtual competitions are inclusive to Canadian competitors who are not ready/able to travel or participate in large events.
How does a Virtual Competition vary from live events?
A Virtual competition will run as closely to an in-person event as practical. The Rules and Regulations stipulate the differences, but notably virtual competitions have separate Technical Specs, online video submission of your “best” run through, pre-judging in advance of the event, and an online viewing platform so your performance can be viewed by friends and family from anywhere in the world.
Why is the Virtual competition the same price as an in-person event?
All events have different costs associated, and CPAC has applied a Nation-wide standard for all competitors. All events are equally important, and all events act as qualifiers towards the National event. Whether you are in a smaller or larger, virtual, or live event, all registration fees are the same.
What if I win my Virtual division/level but do not wish to attend Nationals?
We have heard from competitors for whom competition is most engaging when offered in-person and are eager to return to stage. We also understand not all competitors are able to travel or participate in large events. All invitations will be issued to Nationals to qualifying competitors, without the expectation that all competitors will be able to accept. If you are not able to attend Nationals, we hope you enjoy your title as a champion of the Virtual competition.

Amber Pichie

Amber Pichie

 
Amber is a passionate aerial artist with 7 years of experience in pole, silks, hammock, and hoop, she also has experience with competitions and event performances. She was also a CPAC judge for last year’s competition. Amber currently teaches pole, silks and hammock at Sky Studios Fitness in Cornwall.

With a deep love for all things aerial, Amber is constantly inspired by the artistry and innovation of fellow aerialists, and is excited to witness what everyone has brought to the stage.

Anna von Hoyningen Huene

Anna von Hoyningen Huene

 
Anna is a dedicated pole and aerial artist with over 30 years of training experience and extensive expertise in performance, coaching, and judging. She trains and coaches at her studio, AcroPark, in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, specializing in pole, aerial silks, hammock, hoop, straps, and trapeze. Anna has competed nationally and internationally at the highest levels for the past 10 years. She is a certified pole and aerial coach (IPSF & ENC), an IPSF-certified judge, and holds higher education in exercise science and educational technology. Anna is proud to be a member of the Canadian pole and aerial community and hopes to help support the next generation of athletes and artists.

With over 40 years of dance experience, Nicole Davis has dedicated her life to movement, artistry, and creating welcoming spaces for others to explore their own dance journeys. As a seasoned competitor and professional performer, she has honed her craft across multiple styles, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to every class she teaches.

In 2007, she founded Pole Trix Dance & Fitness, a studio built on inclusivity, empowerment, and the pure joy of movement. Nicole thrives on teaching, mentoring, and fostering a safe, fun, and supportive environment where students of all levels can discover their confidence and creativity through dance.

When she’s not in the studio, you can find her spending time with her golden retriever, Nugget, who brings just as much joy and energy as the students she loves to teach.

Séréna Alizé

 

Séréna Alizé

Séréna Alizé is a multi-award-winning pole dancer, instructor, performer, and studio owner of La Chrome Barre in Montréal.

Originally from Tokyo, she has taught across Canada and competed internationally.
Séréna is known for her powerful yet sensual approach to pole dance, earning accolades such as 1st place in Championship Level 4 at Pole Sports Org 2021, 1st place in the Shadowbanned division at the Pole Masters Championship 2024, and 3rd place in the Sensual Professional division at Skripped Down 2024.

With a deep passion for the artistry and athleticism of pole dancing, she has made herself a respected figure in the pole dance community, ready to provide valuable feedbacks at CPAC.

Tina Stone

Tina Stone

With over 30 years combined experience in competitive gymnastics, dance and pole fitness, Tina has been instructing and competitively coaching in all disciplines of pole, silks and lyra for over 12 years. She has certified, judged and volunteered with CPFA, PSO, IPSF and POSA at regional and national events annually upon their establishment in Canada, with the goal to keep current and comprehensive knowledge of the pole and aerial competition circuits.

As director of Canadian Pole and Aerial Sports Inc. and newly appointed organizer of the CPAC, Tina is thrilled to be provided opportunity to continue the longstanding history of the Canadian Pole and Aerial Championship. She is committed to promoting an unbiased, inclusive, high-quality competition experience to athletes across Canada.

Proud owner of 3Sixty Dance & Fitness in Ottawa, ON, Tina’s passion lies in nurturing a safe, inclusive, creative space for students to achieve their goals and develop as artists and athletes. Zoé Malika Boivin

 

Zoé Malika Boivin

Zoé Malika is a passionate pole and aerial instructor since 2007 as well as the owner of Studio Phénix, a pole and aerial studio in Montreal since 2017. She is also a professional aerialist , performing on the Lollipop pole, aerial hammock, aerial hoop, aerial moon, aerial loops and aerial pole, since 2010. She was the acrobat in the Burlesque II production at the Casino of Montreal, also performed at Montreal's Jazz Festival, at Montréal Complètement Cirque and regularly performs aerial acts at Bord'elle, a supperclub in Old Montreal, amongst other venues and festivals. In her last competition, Zoé won the gold medal in the Pole Entertainment division level 4 ( PSO competition,Boston, USA, November 2021) and is also the spokesperson and the main character in a 6 episode docu-serie on television called ''POLE DANCE'', that airs on two television networks in Canada. She is fully committed to her passion that became her profession and plans to keep training and coaching happily ever after.
